Welcome to our locally owned and operated roll-off dumpster rental company serving Carroll, Clinton, and Tippecanoe Counties. If you’re looking for the solution to your waste management for a commercial or residential project, you’ve come to the right place.
We’re a group of three friends with over 50 years combined experience working in various construction industries that serve residential and commercial clientele. From this, we saw firsthand the challenges and hassle associated with renting roll-off dumpsters and the need for reliable waste management solutions. We came together with a shared vision to build a small business that would minimize those challenges and eliminate the hassle from the roll-off dumpster rental process. We know that our client’s time is valuable whether they’re renovating a home or building a major apartment complex. We started A+ Dumpsters to help our clients make the most of their time on the job by offering affordable, reliable, and efficient waste management services.
Our goal is that commercial or residential customers never have to feel like they only have chain dumpster rental companies or out-of-state rental companies to choose from. We want them to have the option to rent roll-off dumpsters locally, know the people they are renting from, and get an experience that makes them feel valued. We can’t wait to work with you!

Our Team
Axle
Meet Axle—the friendly roll-off dumpster truck who proudly represents A+ Dumpsters. With his bright yellow, black, and white colors, Axle is hard to miss and even harder not to like. He’s not just a hard worker; he’s also the face of the brand, and he knows it. When he’s not out on the road helping people find the perfect dumpster solution, you might spot him napping beside an old barn in the country, recharging from a long day of turning heads and spreading the word. So if you’re driving through Carroll, Clinton, or Tippecanoe County, keep an eye out. Axle’s always nearby—easy to spot, eager to help, and ready to make new friends along the way.
Jesse Meyers:
Co-owner
Jesse was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana and is a Purdue graduate. He has always been interested in business and loves to see his ideas grow into something great! Jesse is a huge football fan and loves anything to do with The Ohio State and Colts! Jesse, his wife Rachel, and their son Peyton, live in the Tippecanoe County area.
Bryan Quinton:
Co-owner
Bryan was born and raised in Rossville, Indiana and currently works just outside of Rossville. Bryan is a Native Hawaiian [yes you read that right], and Veteran of the United States Marine Corp. After the Marines, Bryan followed in his grandfather and parent’s footsteps by attending Purdue University and earned his degree in Building Construction Management. He is a diehard Purdue sports fan and loves any chance he gets to be in Mackey Arena cheering on the men’s basketball team. When he isn’t cheering on the Boilermakers, you can find him coaching his girls in soccer, playing soccer with his brother at Legacy, or working on some project at his house. Bryan, his wife Jessica, their three girls, and son live in Tippecanoe County.
Matt Trapp:
Co-owner
Matt was raised in Carroll County and is the owner of Xcel in Flora. Matt loves his hometown and serves on the board for the Carroll County Fair. Matt loves anything to do with horses and you might see a few of his horses being rode by Bryan’s daughters for competition in local rodeos or open shows. Matt, his wife Kara, and their three boys live in Carroll County.
Bret W.:
Driver
Bret is the driver that keeps A+ Dumpsters moving. Bret was born and raised here in the Lafayette area and is a Veteran of the United States Army and retired employee of the USPS. He currently lives on a little plot of land outside of Clinton County with some chickens and goats. When he isn’t driving for A+ Dumpsters, you might see him out cruising on his motorcycle or cheering on his grandchildren at a soccer game.
Tyler:
Driver
Tyler is another one of the drivers who keeps A+ Dumpsters moving. Tyler was born and raised in Bringhurst, Indiana. Tyler grew up on a cattle farm helping with cows and driving trucks for his grandpa. Tyler went to Washington State for Custom Harvesting but now works for Xcel in Carroll County. When Tyler isn’t working you can find him hanging out with friends and family, being outside with his dog, going for a walk, and being active.
